1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Evara you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be 16 or older to use Evara.
3. Your account
Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
No scraping, reverse engineering, uploading malware, or content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes others' rights.
5. Health disclaimer
Evara provides general wellness information and tracking tools. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease. See our Medical Disclaimer.
6. Orders & payments
Prices are in INR unless stated. Payments are handled by Cashfree; we do not store card details. Delivery timelines are estimates.
7. Refunds
Perishable and personal-care items are non-refundable once shipped. Sealed defective items may be replaced within 7 days of delivery.
8. Doctor consultations
Consultations are provided by independent practitioners. Evara is not liable for the medical advice they give.
9. Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evara is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
